starry night help!

I just got starry night an xp wersion for my laptop but after installing it does not seem to want to accept my home coordinates. when I try to input longitude the latitude jumps around. does anybody have any ideas how to fix this. I have reinstalled 6 times. used revo uninstaller, defrag, cc cleaner and regcure to make sure there was no old bits floating around.

Lets just check you are going about it the right way...

File -> Set Home Location -> Latitude/Longitude

In Latitude enter your corrdinates as "dd mm ss N"

In Longitude enter your coordinates as "dd mm ss W" or "dd mm ss E" depending on where you are.

Then "Add Location to list" and enter a name and then click "Add Locations" and then click "Set as Home Location"
