didn't get much time so couldn't adjust any settings

Good start

I would advise reducing the gain, and if it's still too bright then reduce the shutter speed. At a very wild guess to around 1/30th to 1/100th sec. It depends a lot on your setup.

Is this a single frame or an avi??
