A narrowband Heart nebula in RGB

this is a total of about ten hours of Ha, S2 and O3 mapped as RGB and fiddled with quite a bit in PS. Artemis 11002 and FSQ.

Have you done a Hubble remix with the data too?

Would be interested in seeing that if you have.

I did do this one but I wasn't mad about it. Too much stretching to get the blue and yellow to show up leaves you with too much posterisation for my liking.

Yeah, you sure do need some serious amounts of data in those weaker channels.

I think its nice though, I do like the Hubble colours

I'm torn between these two, but swinging to the HST palette, the rgb seems very red. It'd perhaps be tempered by more O3.

It's a great FoV though you have for this one, and once again, framed just nicely.

both superb images....but im siding for the HST....something about the HST palette i like, but i understand what youre saying about the processing

Both very nice images Dennis... The Hubble palette is growing on me only thing I dont like with Hubble Palette imaegs is the magenta stars... especially after seeing a Hubble Pallete neb with RGB stars posted elsewhere...
