I have been collecting Ha for a possible Hubble palette attempt. This is about four hours taken with the ST10/FSQ and 6nm Astronomik.

Certainly makes a great start to the project.

the O3 is very very weak for this......I warn you now :-)

JP metsaivanio has image this in the hubble pallette....

his site is astro anarchy...google it!

but thats a good Ha start!

This is one of those targets that looks much better in mono than in RGB, the shape and structure really stands out. It'd be nice to think that would be even better HST style, but after spending 12hrs plus chasing weak S2 shots, which make little difference, i'm not so sure now....

I know this one is weak in S2 and O3 but if I get the chance to assess it I'll soon decide if it is worth bothering or not. I did see a good Hubble version somewhere but if I'm not up to it I'll settle for HaGB.
