Jupiter 5th August with Europa

I was pleasently surprised by the incorrect weather forecast last night, I managed a few RGBs between the scudding clouds.

Attached is a shot at 22:48 UT showing the GRS and Europa.

Best 800 per channel processed in Registax 5 and Photoshop.

Let's hope the forecast is right for a change this weekend.

That is a great image, particularly given the low altitude etc. Processing and colour balance are just right, in my opinion.
