CG5-GT and clouds

Blimy! My CG5-GT mount arrived this afternoon in 2 big boxes. I was amazed! Only 2 weeks delivery, will wonders never cease! I've seen the weather forcast and it's rain rain rain here so blame me if you live nearby!

It's the most expensive piece of equipment i've ever brought at £650 plus a £300 shed to keep it in! So i expect weeks if not months of rain and clouds hehe

I'll do a review when i get clear skies. But first impressions are good. Huge 2" steel legged tripod, good fit and finish and latest software. Although the noise of the motors suprised me! I'll have to be careful to not wake the neighbours it's that loud!

Yes, and not for me! I do hope that the noise doesn't become a concern..... Last thing i want is to have attention drawn to myself at 3am one dark saturday night! People peering over my fence and asking me what all that racket is
