Yet another "Afocal" effort! (Jupiter).

Managed to get myself out of bed at 2.45am this morning (paying for it now!).

Good views of the Moon and Jupiter through my C8i. Attached my little Canon A570is digicam and took a few shots (48 in fact!). These two were about the best. Managed to sharpen them using "Picasa."

Used a 26mm Meade 4000 Plossl.

They are excellent images for afocal as jupiter is not the easiest planet anyway.

Even though I'm selling it, the C8i has proved to be a good scope for "afocal" photography. Just got to "hone" my skills with the digicamera!
