Theo, it is a UFO, but only because a definitive answer is not forthcoming. There is every possibility that it is probably a bird.

Without scientific examination of the AVI there is not much point in pursuing this subject.

I have had a look at your solar images on your Blog.

They are very good indeed. Some wonderful prominences captured.

The bird in question might only be a few thousand feet away but in comparrison to the sun looks very small indeed. The bird does not have to be near the sun after all we are not talking Icarus here.
