Eclipse Sun at Side Turkey (pics before Totality)

Promised some of you that I would post two shots of the eclipse prior to Totality.

Both photos were taken with a Nikon 4500 compact digital camera at 1/1000 sec @ f/4.2 Setting ISO 200 with Baader AstroSolar Safety film on the front of a Swarovski ATS 80 HD scope.

Note the Baader material reduces the intensity of the sunlight by a staggering 99.999%.

If the clouds clear I may try comet hunting.
