The top image was a run of 2600 frames, it picked 340 of the best ones

Yep - my processed imgs on bad seeing days dont have as much detail as your single frame!!!

hope to have my pst90-v1 (w/pst box) up n running by next week

just configured my eee 901 too....

I think the only way to combat NRs is to keep the levels up, but this doesnt clear them completely. Ive also made a (sort of) flat by defocing the image enough to keep the ring effect but get rid of the image detail. Mine only appear at f/50.
