Argonaut - can you see M57 in detail through 15x70?

It just looks like an out of focus star to me - maybe a bit brighter around the edges on a good night?

Perhaps it's just my LP.

Hi James,

I do have difficulty with 15x70's when observing M57. I would just put it down to seeing and light pollution. I will be trying it from a dark site when I can. I can just make out the ring,in moments of good seeing. It is small though.

Just nipped outside for a quick look at Jupiter which was pretty low and saw a really bright shooting star too.

Lovely night here and just been checking out Jupiter again and clearly saw 3 moons too.
