Saturn 15 July, rings almost edge-on

Recommended Posts

Taken with CPC800, ASI462MC, ZWO ADC, ZWO UV/IR cut filter.  Around 8000 frames. Processed in Autostakkert & Registax.

First planetary imaging session in several months.

At 3am BST, Saturn was fairly high in the SSE sky - a dark sky.  At around 4am, Jupiter and (according to the Nexstar handset) Mars & Uranus were visible at a useful height in the East in a lightening sky.  Too much obstruction in the East for my telescope though.
