TiffsAndAstro
Oops for title meant to say this screw Any screw aficionado recognise this one? Think it has a small hex socket on top.
Elp
You need to at least measure its width first max pitch to max pitch (thickest rises on the screw thread). Or state what it's off. Edited April 5 by Elp
Naughty Neal
What do you need to know ? Looks like a M4 or M5 allen type , the pitch will be a std pitch applied to wether it is M4 or M5. M4 is 0.7 pitch and M5 0.8 pitch. Edited April 5 by Naughty Neal
TiffsAndAstro
It was in the case my evolux 72ed arrived in. I don't think there are any in the telescope itself, so it looks like a freebie
Elp
I'd say it's for fixing a finder.shoe around the focuser, or it's fell out of an existing hole. But usually there's two of these screws per bracket for such a purpose.

Omg Ty so much Your focus knobs axis is 90 degrees to your dovetail, like how mine arrived in the case but I rotated the tube rings so they're not as in pic below. It's ok for me to do what I have, right? Edited April 5 by TiffsAndAstro

Mine sits on the right because I use it visually on an alt az mount where the scope sits to the side of the alt axis.
