Need help finding a solar filter

Hey everyone so I have an Apertura 6in f/5 Newtonian and I cannot seem to find a solar filter for it, I decided to just buy some solar film and make my own but it may not be large enough, any ideas?

FLO sell Astrozap Baader filters to fit a large variety of apertures… but that’s far more expensive than making your own.

They also have solar film.

One doesn't need to go full aperature with a filter so a reduced one will also work.  If you have the end cap with the pop out smaller aperature disc, simply try that first.

I'm thinking about using solar film. Might you be able to point me in the direction of a guide for making a filter with film?
