Help with Saxon telescope.

Recommended Posts

I have a Saxon 8 Inch Deepsky Dobsonian telescope and a Celestron luminous 10MM eyepeice 1.25 inch I was wondering with this equipment if i am able to see anything outside the solar system like other galaxies etc or if i have to get a better eye peice/ telescope.

I would get a 25mm eyepiece and use that first, any stars you see are outside of our solar system and there are multiple double and triple stars.

Plenty of galaxies, clusters to see in a 8"

Look at the current thread, top ten targets for a beginner.
