Trouble with com ports I think

Hi guys 

I’ve got a new Primaluce Lab Sesto Senso 2 and I’m having problems connecting to Nina with it on my mini pc . It connects to com port 3 which it has no trouble with in Play but when I go into Nina and connect through that Nina keeps telling can’t connect with com 3 try another port yadda yadda , if I then hit the Ascom pop up at bottom of page it says it connects but obviously doesn’t as all the controls are greyed out . The funny thing is that I connect to my laptop the com port used is 4 and everything connects ok and there are no issues connecting to Nina , any ideas anyone .

Is the Senso trying to connect to Play and NINA at the same time ?

Hi Michael no I don’t think it is it says it’s already in play but when I go into Nina it just won’t connect after connecting it to play should I wait for a couple of minutes then connect to Nina  or should I just connect to Nina

What I'm suggesting is don't have NINA and Play connected at the same time .

If these are ASCOM you could try connecting both through the ASCOM POTH virtual hub.
