DSO? I know its useful for planets but for DSO when looking into it the signal gets massively diminished by atmospherics as well as a lot of terrestrial sources emitting it, and then you need a sensor which is quantum efficient in this wavelength of light. I've tried it, the most surprising thing I've found is the lack of noise in the images (the stack appears very smooth as if an NR algorithm has been applied to the data).
