Mare Imbrium, Plato and Montes Alpes 30-11-2023

Transparency on the evening of 30th November was fantastic but seeing was very sketchy.

I did three captures that night and processed the first two as the best 20% of 2000 frames. These have proved to be marginal at best.

I tried this one at 10% and the detail is better. Not great but I like the way the setting sun has picked out the western face of the Montes Alpes.

Celestron C6 SCT- HEQ5PRO, ZWO ASI 290MC.
