With AR3413 now right on the limb, showing as a fine set of lines with a hint of umbra and penumbra, I thought I would try AR3417 which is a very different prospect. In many ways a bit easier but also tricky to capture the fine spots and markings. It was surrounded by quite strong swirling granulation too, hard to split from the more subtle features. Anyway, here it is.
