A roasting solar session

Hi  the weather day and night has not been  suitable for observing, but today I took advantage of the beautiful weather to observe the Sun using my Coronado.

There were three areas of prominences,  plages and sunspots of which one was huge .

I used my cover to shield the view but it was like a sauna nevertheless it was worth it

AR3363 is massive and I just hope the weather plays ball when it approaches the solar meridian. Looks spectacular in Ha with the Quark and the northerly prominence was stunning with an arched head curving down the field lines. Great afternoon of solar today!
