Imaged with Atik 460 mono MN190 Astrodon 3Nm Ha 12 x 10 minutes and S11 18 x 10 minutes No O111 visible so just did Bi Colour. On CEM120. Bortle 8

There is a red dot that appears on all Ha subs that appears to be a small nebula embedded in it. Has anyone else seen it?

Definitely Michael - I've noticed it on a few images on Astrobin.  I imaged this area in Ha recently, but only at 250mm focal length.  Here's a crop of that region:

This image - https://www.astrobin.com/full/os9l85/0/# - shows it very teal.  A nice contrast.

Thank you. I had never seen it before and at first thought it was a processing artifact. Then when we checked the Ha realised it was definitely Nebulous with what appears to be 3 stars embedded in it. Over the moon that I managed to capture it.
