DIY Eyepiece Table.

The one I had already made was too small. It could be a bit rocky and there was nowhere to put my charts.
So, I made some changes. A new top with room for my eyepieces and charts. And, a large footprint base to make it really stable.

Pretty basic and needs a paintjob, but, it works.

Note: I keep the eyepiece caps on to prevent dew

Brilliant I use foldable stools so easier to transport. But that is ideal for home documenting double stars at the eyepiece.

I use a children's plastic top table with folding metal legs.  It's about 2-ft X 2-ft.

But I also have some old folding wooden TV tray tables that I could bore some holes in.  Hmmmmm...  could be a weekend project...

I opt for a folding camping table.  It holds 2 eyepiece cases and a case with filters in it.
