A surprising night

Hi  Tonight the Moon was in a good  position to view from my location and I used my Skywatcher 80ED pro telescope to view it and the image was nice and crisp . My Celestron 5 Fi was out of collimation so I set it up on Altair to adjust it and then used it to view Saturn and Jupiter which  were very good even though the Moon was very bright a very enjoyable night B03ED79F-09C2-4F62-8850-622AD86CB430.thumb.jpeg.cb595f5c5121cbd0c3b19da1c5fde036.jpegB03ED79F-09C2-4F62-8850-622AD86CB430.thumb.jpeg.cb595f5c5121cbd0c3b19da1c5fde036.jpegmB03ED79F-09C2-4F62-8850-622AD86CB430.thumb.jpeg.cb595f5c5121cbd0c3b19da1c5fde036.jpeg ight

Nice shots. 👍🏻 Maybe try an ND9 filter which will help to tone down the bright parts of the moon and make the terminator stand out more too. I generally use one on the moon when observing when its past 1st quarter as it tends to be too bright to observe, and the filter makes for a better view overall.
