Adapter for Takahasi 120 TSA and ZWO filter wheel 1.25 8 filter 1.25 inch. Also where does the back focus start from. I have a flattener attached after the ocular adapter then an included extension tube of 73mm. The back focus seems a little confusing.

I can’t advise on what adapters you need.  A Takahashi retailer should be able to advise.  
 

But back focus is the distance between your flattener lens and your camera sensor.   This will be specific to your flattener.   If you have a filterwheel in between this counts as part of the measurement.  
Using calipers is the easiest way to measure this
