There's a script called "colour script" that creates a mask from specific colours, allowing you to apply processes to specific colours. This tutorial may help

My answer to your question is 'No.' But if ever you wanted to know how to boost colour in Photoshop I'd be happy to try and help. This is over the top, of course, but it would take half a second to tone down.

There's a set of free colour masks which I got from watching the video below.

Luke has them as a download and links are in the description on his video, including instructions of how to install them into PI.
