I will be taking said pimped PST with me to various star parties this year, SSP and Gravity being two..

(and the SV50, which still outperforms it IMHO...as there is no sweet spot on that)

Sounds like you better get the headache tablets in before you start Nick,i think Pete called it something like putting a baked bean jigsaw together or was that you? looking forward to seeing a final image at that scale :)

Jeeze Nick you have out done your self here........big time...

At one point i had the urge to go down the 200mm ERF route.

Now that WILL blow your mind if it becomes a reality....

Please keep us informed of any progress concerning the larger ERF...

And the seeing was pants over the weekend...(and thin cloud)

And it's a 100 quid achromat it's sitting on at the mo...

Hoping to try it out on a TMB100/F8 in good conditions in the summer

ERF...Lunt do a 180mm one for $1000, stick that on a 7 inch Intes Maksutov...and I think I would be rather a happy *****

I think i would need to update all the swear word filters before you started posting images through a set up such as that eh? :):)
