Finally--a project that is starting off on tghe right foot.  The Moon was full, and seeing was reported to be poor--but the data belies that.  Guiding was as good as I can achieve, and the final stack FWHM is 1.9, which for me is as good as it gets.  Well, If I eliminate some suns I could probably get it down to about 1.8, but I would lose signal, and wishing more than 1.9 is getting greedy I think.  AND STILL I BINNED 2x2!  Maybe The C11Edge is just snot the scope for me where I live.  Maybe if I had a big pixel CCD camera.  That woukld be nice.  I decided to not reduce the stars becuase all of these stars are part of the star cluster that resides within this nebula (OB something or other think).  For a final image (6 months from now) I will probably use some star control to reduce the faint ones.

C11 Edge .7x reducer, ASI 1600 3nm Ha Astrodon filter Bin 2--91 300 sec subs

Hi Rodd, The second image does have the edge. Looks sweet!

Thanks. There are fine scale (pixel scale) issues I am not sure why.  Maybe sensors degrade.  Maybe moonlight effects Ha after all.
