I have designed one to be used in conjuction with the dedicated reducer/flattener. You can download from here:

The Riser Block to be used with Imperial : 1/4"-20 x 1-1/4" or 1" length 304 Stainless Steel Full Thread Hex Socket Head Cap bolts.
