March doubles and a few other objects

I’ve been pulling a few high scoring (4* & 5*) double stars this month along with a few Messier and NGC objects. Last night was a particularly good session.

Iota Boo / STA 26 in Boo -  YW+Y bright and medium spaced 4*

2CVn / STF 1622 in CVn - RO+BG a lovely 5*

STF 362 in Cam – W+W in a rich field 4*

STF 485 in Cam – W+W a faint companion 3*

11 Cam in Cam – YR+B very wide 3*

26 Aur / STF 753 in Aur – Y+B very pretty 5*

STF 1516 in Dra – Red pair, wide  4*

20 Gem In Gem – W+W wide matched 4*

38 Gem / STF 982 in Gem – W+B medium spaced 4*

STT 134 in Gem – Y+B easy in M35 open cluster 4*

Zeta Mon STF 1190 in Mon – Y+BW+ O triple 3*

35 Sex in Sex  - O+W Medium spaced 4*

STF 1415 in Uma – BW+BW matched easy 4*

H 2682 in Umi – W+B+O triangle 4*

Wow those doubles are all over the sky certainly got nearly every constellation in.

The ones above are my own but if you follow the link, you will see that the original ratings came from the Coldfield Observatory list.
