First light configuration help needed with NINA and camera exposure, etc please.

Hi All,

First clear night and I've put the rig out for first light. Thing is as I'm new to all this I have no idea what my exposure times should be on my main camera in NINA or where I should start positioning my focus, etc.

Any help, even partial help really appreciated.

ST102 on an EQ3 Pro with ASI183MC (not cooled) main camera and ZWO mini guide scope with ASI120MM mini guide camera.
