Flat field problem

Hi all,

I tried flat fielding for the first time in AS3! yesterday but I failed miserably. Please can someone advise what has gone wrong here? To give an idea, I've stacked the light frames without the flat, this is attached below alongwith the flat and the result which i get when i stack using the flat.
