130 PM Setup help

Sorry to keep posting my questions (before anyone's even answered my last one!).

How "tight" should my locking screw things be? I mean if I "lock" my RD or Alt, I can still move the scope. That's not such a problem, but if I lock the AZ wheel (under the bottom of the mount) it still turns fairly easily. This will be pain, because it will throw out my Polar Alignment....

Is there a way to further tighten it? I dont' want to twist it TOO hard, or I might strip the threading...

Got my 130 at Christmas. I tightened the AZ lock hand tight then about another 1/4 turn. Its rock solid.

Firmly hand tight should do - it should be pretty solid.
