SCT Imaging Contest

The SCT-User group hold an annual imaging contest, open to anyone world-wide, any image taken through a catadioptric scope (not just SCTs).

Full rules on the site, but you must join the SCT-User group to be eligible. Some decent prizes on offer.

Basic rules are:

• The Competition is open to all members of the SCT-User mailing list. To participate in the contest, an entrant must be a member of the SCT-User mailing list. The contest will be open for entries beginning on 0 hours GMT on 1 October, 2008.
  
• Images must be taken with a Schmidt Cassegrain, Maksutov Cassegrain, Maksutov Newtonian, Schmidt Newtonian, Schmidt Camera, or other catadioptric telescope.
  
• Entries must be received by 0 hours GMT on 31 March 2009.
  
• Eligible entries must be acquired between 0 hours GMT 1 October 2008 and 0 hours GMT 31 March 2009.
