Hi everyone,  I need a bit of help.

Is there somewhere I can get a longer cable to replace the very short power cable that runs from the base up to the RA part.

Last night I managed to stop the mount from tying itself up several times especially as the starsense sets itself up.

any help greatfully received.

I take it you mean the AZ EQ5-GT mount (https://www.firstlightoptics.com/skywatcher-mounts/skywatcher-az-eq5-gt-geq-alt-az-mount.html) ?   if so, and by the look of it, from the pictures, it is based on some for of GX16 multipole connector e.g. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/283143222904  and so, personally, also if you have a soldering iron etc., I'd just make one or more up, to the length you require, and maybe even using a coiled cable, to allow for extension without too much dangling around....

Thank you for the reply Julian.  I had looked on Cricklewood and CPC but the GX16 only seems to go up to 8 pins.  But I'll look on ebay.
