Is there a big difference from 7nm to 3nm narrowband filters?

I have zwo (V2) filters and I wonder if it's worth upgrading to antila 3nm filters?

Can I keep my zwo LRGB filters?
(I use an autofocus and filter offsets so the difference in focus is not a problem.)

My imaging scope is skywatcher 750 pds (f5)
