Need help new ep

Hi everyone at SGL.

I was thinking about buying a televue delos 17.3mm ep but the travel in the focuser needs more travel would the adapter with came with my dob be sufficient or would I need to buy something else. 

I don't really want to move the mirror inexperienced  and would it work well in a f4.9

Hi Dave, the ep will certainly work well at f/4.9.  What makes you think you need more travel in the focuser?
