Asi2600mm and Nebulosity v4

I have recently taken delivery of my ASI2600MM camera. I have tried connecting it to Nebulosity v4 software but the camera is unrecognised. I have checked I am running the most up to date version of the programme. I have also tried in Windows and OS X but no joy in either. Has anyone else encountered this issue?  Thanks.

Have you downloaded and installed the latest ZWO drivers ?

Yes latest drivers all downloaded on Windows. The ASI2600MM is recognised fine in SharpCap. 
 

Separate download of drivers is not normally required in OS X.

Had mine running in a few different programs but don't have Nebulosity.
