Need assistance with Eyepiece Upgrade

Hi there,  Ive just purchases a 114P Skywatcher virtuso as my first scope.   Saw Jupiter and Saturn last night was pretty cool.  It came with a 10mm and 25mm EP, I think the same as you ones, the mag with these is only max of 50x, but if im not mistaken the maximum useful on my scope is around 150ish.   So I was thinking of getting a shorter eyepiece that will get me around 100 mag, all very confusing with all these different terms and types out there haha, let me know if these ones cause a noticale improvemtn to the view as I have a similar scope and also a beginner so may buy the same
