Just got these as a special treat, and replacement for my beloved Nikon Monarch 7 10x42 mm, which someone strolled off with. Even in today's murky weather the views are astonishingly bright and crisp. They are really light, but sturdy, and beautifully balanced. If nobody strolls off with them, these could last a lifetime
