Hutech Ida's Lps D3 vs Hutech Ida's Lps P3

Recommended Posts

I am a little bit confused about these 2 filters and I was wondering if someone can make it more clear for me...

I am looking for a good quality UV/IR cut filter that I can use for imaging broadband targets galaxies, clusters etc....at the same time because I live in a city with bortle class 8-9 skies I need also a Light Pollution suppression filter.

My camera is the Zwo Asi2600Mc Pro which already has UV/IR cut protective glass but I am looking for something better.

My first thought was the Astronomik L3 but then I saw the Ida's ones.

My preference is the Ida's D3 but I don't know why the Lps P3 is a few pounds more expensive....is it better ?

I am imaging with a Redcat51 and or an Esprit 100.
