Halo Removal in Photoshop

Recommended Posts

Evening All,

As it is cloudy...as per usual, I decided to look at some data on the projects I am working on right now (instead of object hoping each night) and I am trying to gather some data on the Horse Head nebula and as you can imagine I am having a little halo issue on the usual (it seems) culprit. I am processing this in Photoshop at the moment so any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Modified Canon 600d with IDAS D2 filter, 1 hour ish data with 300 second subs, some flats and some bias thrown in there under a pretty much full moon (yes yes I know but it was just too clear not to be outside).

Cheers
