Set up telescope

Good day everyone, I hope you are all well,

I have a 'Sky-Watcher' telescope and I really have no idea how to set it up ..there is a part with a battery compartment and I think I can input co-ordinates too, I bought it second hand and there are no instructions.

Hello and welcome to SGL. Could you give us a bit more information about the telescope and mount ? A few photos would be helpful so that we can identify it and point you in the direction of the instruction manual.

Hi, thank, I never realised I posted this, forgot , I have been told it's a German equitorial mount and advised to Google it or look up YouTube , thanks for replying.
