Is there or does someone fancy doing a Glossary of terms use in Imaging. Just to help us beginners follow the threads of post and learn. I have seen the glossary of Astronomical bits but things like "subs" are not there.

A good idea....

Terms like Bias flats, darks, Binned etc are terms that most beginners will struggle with.

And even soem of us "seasoned" imagers struggle to actually take properly... hark at me been at it for just over a year and calling myself a seasoned imager... could do with a little bit less salt probably....

I'll drag some bits and pieces of info together later... The Deep Sky Stacker help is an invaluable resource for explaining a lot of the terms that are used ...
