NGC 6543 Cat's Eye Nebula

Unfortunately my partners/her parents cat had to be put to sleep in the early hours of Sunday morning, cutting her dad's birthday get together short. Simba was 17 and I built a good bond with him. He turned my opinion on cat's to the point that I have 2 here.
I wanted to image something in his honor. It will be an ongoing project and I will be adding data to it.

A cat is more than just a pet, I understand your need to honour him. 
Our cat has been at the vets today for a biopsy on something suspicious in his ear and he’s very subdued.
