TAL-1 114mm on a new mount

Any ideas how I attach my old TAL -1 to a new mount - in particular a AZ-GTi?

I have the old rings but suspect they attach to the mount in a proprietary way.

Was thinking of getting new rings - what size or a dovetail bar or both but ideally be able to attach the existing rings to a bar of some kind to then attach to a mount

pics of rings attached:

You should be able to use a standard vixen style dovetail - I have a TAL100RS that uses the Tal rings with a vixen dovetail without any problems. Of course, this depends on whether or not the screws on your tube rings are long enough to go through the holes in the dovetail and still be able to attach those knurled nuts on the other side. You can just about make them out in this old pic.

seconded, my TAL100RS is as above, tho my TAL-1 on the pedestal is quite different, the rings being part of the base plate of the mount so I'd need to source complete rings if I wanted to re-mount it on the EQ5 that the 100RS sits on.
