Help! Neq6 mount problems with bearings or shims?

Hi all, i’ve just done some modifications to my beloved neq6 pro. I replaced all my bearings with skf bearings, i cleaned and put superlube grease in. At first it appeared that i had packed them too much so i stripped it down and took some out but its still stiff. Another thing i am now worried about is the plastic shims?

 

can anybody tell me how many should be in each RA and Dec axis? Also the positions of them so i can make sure i have them in the right place?
