KAF - 16200 partial defective columns

Hi All,

I have few question regarding this popular sensor. Some time ago i've noticed defective pixels.

DId you had or have issues with the partial defect columns on your 16200 sensor? how did it will affect the outcome? I can find any actuall issues.

Yes it's perfectly normal on a grade 2 sensor, which most manufacturers use for astro imaging cameras.  Some of them disappear when the sensor is cooled, and the others calibrate out with no issues.

I've never bothered with this, as i cant see - or i don't want to look for a difference in the image. Also as you ve said, after 10 min it is much better...
