Pa alignment

Hi all 

I'm in two minds weather to re PA align tonight ,I had a error of 00:00:44 yesterday and tracking was pretty good so should I try to get closer to 00 or stay with what ?

Looking at your equipment I'd guess you're imaging and guiding?  Not imaging unguided ?

The PHD2 developers say PA need be no better than 5 arcmins, this is easily guided out.

If you can quickly and easily get better than this easily then go for it.

But you're wasting imaging time if it's already at 42 arcsecs !!

I noticed the mount was a little unlevel so decide to pa again went well .

Myth - mount doesn't need to be level.

Well I used as an excuse to get a better PA then lol
