As a result of an old thread on the forum I found during a search for HEQ-5 pier adapters, I found the details of JTW Astronomy who make them.

I e-mailed them a few minutes ago to ask if they still made them. recieved an immediate reply to the effect that they do (and their prices are good!).

Yes they are still active. There is another thread in the mounts section about a new mount they are producing..
