Bearing replacement during NEQ6 belt mod

I've had a NEQ6 belt mod kit sitting waiting for me to get it done for ages and I'm thinking it's about time.  Whilst I have it all in pieces there would appear to be some logic in replacing any bearings that could be improved upon.  The worm bearings look like good candidates, but quite a few people have posted that there's little point replacing the thrust bearings for each axis.  Are there any others I should consider swapping out?

I did all of them on my HEQ5.

I figured that they can't be of highest quality, so I went to local shop and said to the guy working there - give me best of these. He just replied, you want SKF .... and gave me everything I needed to replace each of them.

If you've got the budget, do them all while you've got the mount apart.

Or just replace the worm bearings as they're the bearings they can affect PE with higher frequency errors compared to the axis bearings.
